Mechanical Engineer – Innovation

We are seeking an early to mid-career Mechanical Engineer to join our Brisbane Office based Engineering services team. You will be responsible for executing an exciting and diverse suite of innovation projects. You will also provide engineering support for Special Projects executed in our Toowoomba facility and on clients’ sites.

Your role is pivotal to delivering rapid innovation which will make an impact in the industry,

Work closely with the sales team to provide technical support and understand product requirements.
Assist in the design innovative mechanical and electromechanical products and systems.
Asisst in the engineering aspects of new services
Manage outsourced manufacturing of prototypes and production systems.
Develop and execute design verification testing programs with the support of our Toowoomba based workshops.
Assist in building systems and supporting business processes.
Get Hands on in a dynamic and growing team
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, this Brisbane based role will be integral to the engineering function at Pro-test team. This diverse and exciting role suits a practical engineer with an interest in problem solving, design and development skills and an interest in broadening your experience base working on products that make a real difference to industry.
