Trainer & Assessor

About the Role

We are excited to commence the search process for a motivated Trainer and Assessor join our Oakey Beef Exports team

Deliver training requirements against the Training Plan
Assist in the development  of learning resources and materials.
Assist in creating and updating work instructions.
Monitor and rectifying development gaps, particularly for license’s, first aiders and compliance requirements.

About you:                                                                                                                       Working knowledge of WH&S, QA and training and assessment processes
Knowledge of company policies and how they relate to site learning and training requirements
High level communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Effective time management skills
Formal qualifications in training and assessment, ideal but not required (e.g., Cert IV TAE)
Previous experience in a production environment, ideal but not required
Current drivers’ licence
