FleetParts Australia is looking for an experienced Administration Assistant to join our busy team in Toowoomba with an immediate start. We are a small family owned truck and trailer parts business. Our new team member will be enthusiastic, a great communicator, and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. This position is permanent part time (approx. 16hrs per week).

The Role

• Accounts receivable and supplying trade references

• Reconciling credit card statements and petty cash

• Answering telephone and retail enquiries

• Maintaining files and documentation

• Data entry and general admin

The Person

• Previous experience in office administration roles preferred

• Good computer skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Proactive with a positive attitude

• Available to start immediately
